1. Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and logistics partner

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link for real-time updates

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be subject to confirmation before dispatch
Note: Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics disruptions, etc.) are beyond our control
2. Exchange Policy
If your product doesn’t meet your expectations in terms of size or preference, you may request an exchange within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
Conditions:

Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

All tags and original packaging must be intact

The item must be shipped back on the same day of request to the address mentioned on the courier slip
Additional Details:

Courier charges are to be borne by the customer

Replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item

Exchanges are subject to product availability
3. Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product’s quality, fit, or finish, you may request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
Conditions:

Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

Must include all tags and packaging

Item should be shipped to the address mentioned on the courier slip
Important Notes:

Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount

RAMPAGE is not responsible for any damage during return transit
Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service
Shipping Policy - The Basics
a. Returns

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected

Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days

Refund will be credited to the original payment method
b. COD Orders

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Customers must provide accurate bank details for processing
c. Undelivered Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is not delivered due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect details, and a refund is requested:

A ₹120 shipping charge will be deducted from the total refund amount

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Products purchased during promotional offers (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1, clearance sales)

Limited edition or exclusive drops

Any item marked as Final Sale

Used, damaged, or altered products (not due to manufacturing defects)
6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund

Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted
